    Eligibility for Returns

    • We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Caribu Store. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for returns.

    • Returned items must meet the following criteria:

    In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documents; unused and in the same condition as when shipped (no stains, folded cards, broken seals, or damaged packaging).

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Personal clothing, spray products, disposable items, and consumables.

    • Products that have been washed, used, altered, or tampered with.
